Please note that we'll not consider any exchanges/refunds due to the following reasons :-
1. Change of mind after purchase.
2. Actual item's color/design/size does not match customer's own perception.
3. Differences in color display on personal computers.
4. Design does not suit customer.
5. Deliberate damage of item to allow for an exchange/refund.
6. Creases or slight marks on leather are not considered as defects.
Return/exchange is only allowed if the item is incorrect or defective. In case of defective items, buyers are to email us at email@example.com
on the day of delivery & returned back to us the next day. Email must include clear snapshots of the defective area.
