2) After you click Checkout at the Cart Page, you will be prompt to Login (if you already have an account with us) or choose Guest Login.
3) In Step 1 of 2, please fill in all your particulars & click Continue to next step.
4) In step 2 of 2, if you have a discount code, enter it in the box & click Apply. For more info, please refer here.

5) Choose your preferred payment method (Via DBS PayLah/ Ibanking / ATM Transfer) & click Complete my purchase.
For international customers, you may made payment via PayPal.
6) An invoice will be sent to your email with the payment details.
7) Once you have made the payment, kindly reply to the invoice sent to you with your payment details. Your payment will be verified within 24 hours.
8) For ATM Transfers, a snapshot of the receipt is required for payment verification.
Thus, if the ATM Machine is unable to generate the receipt, we suggest that you do not use that machine to make the transfer.
- We only accept payment in Singapore Dollar.

- Items instock in Europe & USA will take about 7 - 10 working days (from shipment date), if no delay, to reach Singapore.
- Items instock in Japan will take about 5 - 7 days (from shipment date), if no delay, to reach Singapore.
- For items instock in Singapore, your items will be packed within 2 working days & you will receive another email when your item has been mailed out or when delivery has been arranged.
Please note that there are extreme instances where there is a delay (especially for parcels that are sent out from Europe & USA), the parcel only arrived after a month. We seek your kind understanding as such delays are beyond our control. However, we will continue to keep our customers posted on the parcel status.
- We offer various delivery methods : Self Collection, Local Registered Mail, SingPost POPStation, Standard Courier & Express Courier.
- Although Singpost provides tracking for their registered mail, there are some rare instances where mails are still lost. Hence, we strongly recommend customers to opt for either Standard Courier or Express Courier as these are expensive items.
- For Standard Courier & Express Courier, please kindly ensure that someone is around to receive the item. For any re-delivery of items, there will be additional charges.
